Quick and helpful but mistakes. Bad order system |

The team is quick and helpful, but at first they sent the wrong items. This is partly owing to how unusable the ordering system is - there is no room for additional information, and when buying name tags, it should be pretty obvious that you need somewhere to include multiple names if ordering multiple products. So instead I had to rely on email, but the salesperson was out of the office and it was processed incorrectly in her absence (one time where a slower process might have been beneficial). They quickly corrected the mistake for free, but then the replacement name tag had was misspelled. The quality of the material is good but the printing of our logo is subpar (blurry lines and off-color). I guess you get what you pay for.
